This is to be agreed upon between you and us. We will make sure to fit in training times around your current schedule or make changes where needed, and you don't need to train with a trainer every workout each week.
It all depends on you! You might have a specific event or time frame to have a personal trainer for, or you might just want to try it for a month and see if it's right for you.
